I'm asking because I am completely surprised you haven't been referred! Have you received referrals? Have you gotten interview requests?

My husband has just finished his first year. Completed his (2nd) Master's a year ago in elementary ed with a special education endorsement. I'm a prior DODDS teacher myself and applied just a couple of weeks ago. Sorry for the multiple replies the first time. Didn't see it posting and then couldn't delete the extras.
