Question #1- Are business teaching positions typically part-time or full-time?
Question #2- If an external teaching candidate such as myself has an endorsement in Business Education, what is another endorsement to work towards to increase my chances for full-time employment with the DODEA?

Understanding that everyone has different circumstances to work with. I personally would stay away from this especially if relocation services aren't being offered. I'd also keep in mind if you take the interview and decide to decline an offer, you will be locked out from other potential jobs for the remaining school year.

HR doesn't care whether you've checked or not checked anything. If they have trouble finding warm bodies to fill a referral list, or to accept interviews, they will add your name, or anyone else's name to the list.

Medical insurance for a part-time employee is very costly, more than twice what you would pay as a full-time employee. That added to paying your own move and then living off a part-time pay.
