@isitfriday, the numbers I stated also included dependents and the reduction in civilian positions due to the reduction in force for the the three nations. The information is all over the place I saw it on DW news and then researched it on American news sites also.

But only the troop numbers would be factual. The number of ancillary dependents etc, would just be a guess.
