And by Japan, I specifically meant Pac-East. I don't know many specifics outside of that.

Interesting that there is so much movement in PAC-East. Here in PAC-South, I'm pretty sure there is very limited movement of admin right now.

I said in my previous response that I am only speaking to Japan (mainland) which is Pacific East District. The USA Jobs posting was prior to the internal movements so those who wanted to move could apply internally. The agency can post a job, or they may choose not to post a job. Posting the job doesn't prevent them from filling the job internally. Posting a job doesn't even mean that they have to fill it.
