A job posting for substitute teachers in Italy stated the same statement about dual citizenship; however, the job posting for South Korea(same position) did not have any restriction/requirement about dual citizenship on USAJOBS.gov.
I was wondering if that rule only applies to certain countries?

Thank you. I'm going to reach out to HR to get a definitive answer but wanted to get an insight from here while waiting and maybe find a teacher working with dual citizenship.

This is the sort of question where it is a poor practice to generalize.
