I received an email today about password reset features and the need to add security questions answers.

I received an email with updated login procedures as well. I was extremely excited when I saw the sender—then instantly bummed when I saw the subject.

I received this email AFTER I had been back and forth with HR all day about getting into my account. Still not sure why I couldn't get in, but when I tried to reset password it wouldn't let me bc I had no questions as the email indicates.
