Even though it has a higher pay than most of the other DDESS locations the cost of living there is VERY expensive.

I have been stationed in that area in the past. As long as you choose to live outside Alexandria it is not to bad. Quantico is closer to Woodbridge which has a lower cost of living. Around $1000 a month less for a comparable place to live. There are also a few homes on base that can be rented if you get lucky.

How is teaching there... Have a good situation teaching at my current DDESS (DODEA) school I don't want to move and it be a crap hole.

@Apollo, not sure I have not taught there. Maybe someone can give some info on the school.
