I have completed my 2nd interview, but I am uncertain about leaving my current district this late, selling our house, etc. However, I have heard if you turn down an offer you will be "blacklisted" and may never get another call. Susan There's no guarantee any interviews or offers will come your way at all next year or, if they do, they'll be on your timetable or to the location you want. If you're serious about a job with DODEA, then you'll make it work, assuming you get an offer.

Obviously you have to accept or decline on your own terms but waiting u til next year won't guarantee an earlier/ easier decision.
