I recently received an email in regards to interest in a kindergarten aid position. I am a certified teacher in three states and have four years of experience teaching. This is my first upcoming interview with DODEA since i've applied in 2018. I am wondering how i should prepare for an aid interview in regards to questions and I'm hoping if i get my foot in the door by being an aide it could potentially lead to a full time position. Any thoughts or advice?

HelpOthers Keep in mind you can only use spousal preference once per location, so if you use it for the aide position, you cannot use it for a teaching position. This is my understanding. On the other hand, if it is not full-time, there may be an exception, I suggest asking HR.
