This is not a post asking for a political debate or arguing. But I am curious which presidential candidate was more wanted by the military and the DoDEA? Are either of them more likely to shut down bases or cut staffing and funding for DoD schools?

Educate I honestly want to know. Will hiring be effected or closing of bases? Not looking for arguments about which candidate is better etc.

Icanread Given the Hatch Act, we don't normally talk about politics at work. Outside of work, some are outspoken about their political views, which vary just as much as the general population. Some think that Biden will be more supportive of the union and strengthen ties with countries where we have bases. I think it's hard to predict right now.

haha The answer will vary widely depending on your perspective. In general, the active duty military tend to lean right, so a majority of rank and file probably wanted wanted Trump (but probably not as large of a percentage as he thought or as there would have been in the past).
