TravelTeacherMommy - there had been quite the discussion about the risks of living in Naples long term due to pollution. For a two-year stint, it would not be too dangerous, however, for the long haul, there is a risk of exposure to multiple carcinogens. We have a cancer survivor in the family and deem it too risky. Otherwise, we would go for it.

Imagine being the mother of newborn, and mixing your child's baby formula with Naples' tapwater? For two years?
Absolutely horrifying.
