Thanks to your information here, I knew to decline the interview. This was the first interview request I've had after numerous referrals.

I am thankful for the all of you who so generously help those of us that are trying to join you as DODEA teachers and professionals.

OverThere TravelTeacherMommy - there had been quite the discussion about the risks of living in Naples long term due to pollution. For a two-year stint, it would not be too dangerous, however, for the long haul, there is a risk of exposure to multiple carcinogens. We have a cancer survivor in the family and deem it too risky. Otherwise, we would go for it.

IsItFriday? Even a two-year stint sounds dodgy.

Imagine being the mother of newborn, and mixing your child's baby formula with Naples' tapwater? For two years?

Absolutely horrifying.

I'm not in the least bit comforted by the idea that my lease includes a delivery of bottled water.
