My last update was when the school I taught at last year eliminated the choral music program I was teaching in due to budget cuts making it look like I have not been teaching this past year. I was just so stressed about finding a job prior to this school year, and then with all of the adjustments we had to make with the pandemic I had almost completely forgotten about it.

I would definitely suggest that you go in and update your application. It's possible the hiring admin will see the updates when/if they pull your application.

I agree, update it! Also, out of curiosity, do you have your application set for this current school year or next school year?

If it shows the location of the referral, this might be a case for e-mailing the principal to say that you have new information that was not in the application at the time of the referral and you want to make sure they have the updated information.
