I know. I noticed that recently. How infuriating! You will have to email the EAS help desk. The email address is listed on the bottom of the page in EAS. Did you have your reviewer check their spam mail to see if the eval form is there?

@Icanread Thank you for your reply. It is infuriating. My reviewer did check spam and found nothing. What's even more infuriating is I deleted him from the list and re-did it. He got an email he was deleted from the list, but not a new link to fill out the form. I have to finalize today. Hopefully if he sends in the review it will still be accepted...See More
