I am guessing if they ask for your reference contact during the interview, that this is a good sign?

Well, it's not a bad sign, but it doesn't mean that an offer will necessarily be forthcoming.

@haha yes, I know I was surprised to hear the process from the Principal. It is very likely that one might not even be there when school begins due to HR and slow processing speed.

Turkey is a beautiful country with amazing history.
