Component 1 scores

I need advice. My Component 1 scores are as follows: E1 3.0 E2 3.0 E3 2.0 (Boo!!) SR 2.763 This averages to a 2.691. While I did meet the 1.75 mark, I missed the 2.75 score. Should I go ahead and retake E3 now? I made a 2.875 on Component 2, and I'm currently work on Components 3 and 4. I don't want to spend the extra $125 if it won't be necessary, but I hate to wait for all of my scores next year only to find out I should have retaken a section on Component 1. I do feel I could do much better on E3. Any suggestions are appreciated.
