I'm really having trouble with the Professional Learning Need for Component 4. Could you give me some feedback?
Profssional Learning Need: My need to learn the best strategies for teaching reading to students with disabilities.
How I met that need: I took a class on teaching reading to students with disabilities as a part of my master's degree.
Evidence of how I met that need: Log of class schedule/summary of each class.
Impact on students: Students scores on the STAR reading test before and after I took the class.
