That's awesome and "Congratulations." What are the various sourcrs of evidence did you use for the "Group Information and Profile Form?"

You use all the ways you know about your kids. What do you know about them, and how do you know? Assessments, data, parents, colleagues, case managers, records, the bus drivers, the lunch ladies, guidance, etc. This is where you show you know your kids, you know how to find the info you need, AND you know how it is going to impact instruction. LOL no I didn't get a 4 - I SCORED them. I worked as an assessor this past summer. But my advice still stays the same. :)
