MC Gen Unit or lessons

For the formative assessment form it asks about the unit objectives and description of the UNIT. My unit is fractions and all the sub strands and standards. The formative assessment is strictly on subtracting with regrouping. Do I still need to explain and describe the entire unit(adding, subtracting, simplifying, comparing, ordering, equivalent fractions, etc), or just limit the description to the skills assessed on the formative assessment? The summative will include all the skills however.

lleyde I would be interested in this answer. I have a similar situation, my unit is Multiplication & Division, but mainly focusing on the division section.
