Out of nowhere, the sound quit working on my laptop. I
went to system preferences and looked under sound. The
internal speakers don't show up anymore, and volume can't
be turned up or down. The volume arrow is a light color
and can't be used. How could this happen? Or better yet,
what in the world happened? Can anyone help? Thanks.
