I've always done our predictable charts with the class
sitting on the floor in front of the paper. I have 27
kids in a small room this year, and I simply do not have
the space to have them sit that close. Has anyone ever
had them stay in their seats for a predictable chart? I
hate to, since they'll be farther away, but I don't know
what else to do. Any ideas? Thanks.

You might try splitting them up. Have part of them working in
cenetrs while you do the chart with the others. Then the next
day switch. This way, you're not trying to keep so many of
them quiet & listening, and the ones who are doing the chart
with you will fit into the space you have!
