Is there any legal responsibility by a day care to let you out early for graduate courses? I work at a daycare and although a bachelors degree in Education is required I am not allowed to leave work to go to my grad classes at 4:30. Any suggestions or proof saying they must let me out?
cheryl I am not aware of any. This has to be an agreement with your employer. She isn't willing to work around your schedule so you probably need to find another job. This is the way we do it for our employees and my cohorts at other centers in the area run their businesses the same way. dear CW Dear CW- If you are going for your bachelor's, you are going to take undergraduate classes. Graduate school means you are going for your Master's.
