How to Make Traffic Lights with Microsoft Power Point - 6th-7th Grade Computer Science

TRAFFIC LIGHTS

1. Insert 2 rectangles for the body of the traffic light

2. Insert 3 ovals with white background.

3. Insert 3 more ovals with red, yellow and green background and place these 3 colored ovals on top of white ovals.

4. Right-click on each colored ovals and go to “Custom Animation” Apply Entrance and Exit effects to each oval and add some delay time to these ovals as desired . 5. Each applied animation should be in order. Otherwise the lights will not run in order.

TIP: Apply “With Previous” Timing setting to entrance effects.

TIP: To see start/end time indicator arrows, you should right click on one of the animations and select “show advanced timeline” as shown below.
