Can you recommend a comprehensive, practical guide or textbook to teaching ESL? I'm planning to take the Praxis II in ESL to add ESL to my license.
I'm looking for a text that will help me do well on the Praxis and also give me some sort of clue should I actually land a job teaching ESL without any formal training in it.
