Bilingual classroom library

I'm in need of an experienced bilingual Kinder teacher. How did you set up your classroom library? Did you separate by level, language, theme, ABC order, author? One other thing..what are some titles of books tht you have used to teach reading objectives. If you wanted to teach cause and effect, or inferences, what book did you use(in spanish). If you taught schema, what book did you use? Do you know of a website that can help me level some of the spanish books I already have?
