Help with ESL questions for class project

Hi, my name is Diana and I need to ask about 6 ESL related questions for a class project. They are: 1. Tell me about a belief you have about how students acquire and learn an additional language. 2. What theory/theories, theorists have influenced your teaching? 3. What trends do you see in students learning a new language? 4. Are there differences among students from different countries or from different parts of the same country and the degree these differences impact the rate and degree students learn English. 5. To what degree have your practices changed over the period of times you have been teaching English language learners? 6. Name a recent success you have had in teaching an ESL student. Can anyone help me please? It would be very much appreciated. Thank You
