I am a 39 year old individual with Spina Bifida. I am also confined to a wheelchair. I need to find a group or business that would be willing contribute towards My goal of $40,000.00, the amount of funds needed to purchase a P.T. Cruiser, fully customized for an individual like Myself, so I can be much more independent. Any donations will be tax-deductible for contributors. I have a very limited income, cannot work steadily, and am unable to pay for a vehicle Myself. I currrently own an 11 year old van, that is on it's last legs, so I need to come up with funding rather soon. If You need to call Me and verify any of the facts of this letter, please call Me at the phone number below. Thank You.

Anyone have any idea as to why the Texas board is not working? It is not showing any new posts. You try to post, it says you did, and then returns to the same board with no new posts. It has been this was for four days. Yes, I cleared my cache. It does this at home as well as at school.

Many times there are helpful tips, suggestions, etc., posted on the various boards, and I copy them (print them out)for my personal use. I know that I can copy just the post by copying and pasting it into word, or "save as", and then print it out. However, I like to print it when I see it and not have to spend a lot of time copying it. My question is: Is there a way that the chatboard could let users have a way to "friendly print" the posters messages without having to spend so much time doing so, or having to use a lot of unnecessary paper? I would think I am not the only one that would like this. Thanks, Lin
Hello, my name is Tylene Carter. I am in the tenth grade, and I attend Beechcroft High School. I am doing a school project on how the students treat their teachers. I wanted some feedback from local teachers and teachers around the world. I will be stopping in every class at Beechcroft High School and from a viewers perspective say how I think the teenagers interact with each other, the teachers, and if the participate in class. I am all so going to grade the classes on a scale from 1 to 10. If you have any feedback on the information that is stated above pleas email at: [email removed]
I'm wondering if you are aware of the ignorant posts written by Betty Please on the Special Ed chatboard. While some people seem to enjoy her deranged sense of humor, I and others don't feel they belong on a chatboard that's purpose is to discuss real issues surrounding special education. While her posts do contain some humor, most of it is degrading to special education teachers and students. I have tried simply ignoring and not reading her posts, but lately subjects of Betty Please have dominated the special education chatboard. Is it necessary to allow her to continue to disrupt this board?
I sent a complaint about her several months ago and you can see where that got me. Good luck. I've had a problem even receiving the board posts in my email even though I have tried to re-subscribe, tried contacting Kathleen and others here. I got a big fat nothing! While I like visiting some of the boards, I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance in solving problems by those who run it. :( Karen
