I'm dreading mixing up the royal icing I usually use and putting into the baggies for kids to use. I read somewhere that the canned frosting you can find at stores works just as well. Has anyone tried this before and if so-did it work without the candies falling off?

I always use the canned frosting for sticking the candy to the house and never had a problem. I used to use the royal icing to form the houses but last year I decided to use the canned frosting and stick the graham crackers to a clean, dry, milk carton from the lunchroom.
