French Teachers Chatboard

I was thinking of diving my classes into Krewes for different class projects/activities/assignments for the next few days (really this is just to get the excitement of MG flowing). I would then use those Krewes to disseminate "facts" or answers to questions about Mardi Gras over the next few days. After the facts are out there those students OUTSIDE my students of the current semester could come "vote" on Monday somehow, prove they learned/share whatever fact they wanted to "win." What kind of prize can I award to the Krewes that win? Keep in mind part of each Krewe will be in different blocks. I'd love to be able to do it fact/item/question per student but that would be ALOT of votes to count but then they could be King/Queen of the Mardi Gras at our school on Tuesday.

Do you think students could/would make masks for homework? Would they be allowed to wear masks to school?
