Okay guys & gals here's the update on what I have:
Date: August 10th & 11th
(if you can't play hookey but one day, that's okay...just
let me know which day you plan to come!)
Place: Outer Banks of NC
Time: Depends on what time you get here :-)
Overnight Accomodations - looking into that now, but need
to know who will be spending the night (and which nights)
Activities: These are just the things that come to
mind...there may be other things you'd like to do once we
get there.
~Go to the Wright Brothers Memorial (first in flight)
~Climb the big sand dunes at Jockey's Ridge, and/or go
shopping across the street at all the neat stores (they
have a fudgery & ice cream shop!!!)
~Go to Manteo (lots of neat shops) & see the Elizabethan II
(replica of historic ship)
~Visit the North Carolina Aquarium
~Visit the Elizabethan Gardens
~Go see the outdoor ...See More
