We're fed by an overspill estate where the three surrounding towns send their problem families. Everyone appears to be related to everyone else and more than 80&37; of the families are broken or blended. That seems extraordinarily high to me.
I am already looking for somewhere else to go because there are some serious, dangerous shortcomings here. Staff are not safe. There's an onsite behaviour unit - that should tell you something - and it is well used. It doesn't work, but it's well used...
