I start being healthy when school's out--isn't that a shame? I've walked every day and have discovered 2 new low-cal favorites. I hope you'll share yours. Mine: 1. Fiber One brownies--individually wrapped & 90 calories 2. Hamburger for me: skinny bread 100 boca burger 100 Babybel low fat 50 (I sliced it thinly) lettuce, tomato, onion (less than 50)

What do you eat to keep calorie counts low?
Elaine/ret/IN is one of my favorite snacks. It's very satisfying.
