    Classroom management is one of the most important skills for a
    teacher and it's something that the colleges don't address. Talk
    to your mentor about your concerns and if you don't have a
    mentor, find someone you think will be helpful and supportive.

    It takes 3+ years to get the management under control and it's
    going to be a work in progress for some time to come. Don't
    hesitate to take the time to review all the rules and procedures,
    make sure you are consistent with every child, every day.
