Some Job Advice

Hi Everyone. I am hoping I could get some advice to those of you that have recently been employed as school librarian. I live in Northeast Ohio and there are very few teaching jobs available. I have a BS in Education to teach 7-12 Social Studies and a M. Ed in School Library and Information Technology and am licensed as a school librarian for grades PK-12. I subbed for three years out of college while I was getting my second teaching license and was then offered a position as a librarian at a small college. Since I wanted to at least get some library experience under my belt and subbing was no longer fiscally viable for me due to its unreliability, I took the position. Here is the issue now.
