HI I am a HS English teacher who has not passed the CST. I am going on my 6th try and I am quite embarrassed. Does anyone have any tips to passing the test? I come close but not good enough. I know my lit elements, I do well on the listening and speaking portion, but with each test, I score differently in each portion. I am having trouble with the writing portion (breaking down a poem or excerpt from literature) Any help would be wonderful.
