I need guidance from veteran math teachers that have had success teaching math effectively and efficiently with a one hour class each day. I have only taught math with a one and a half hour class daily, and I am looking for ideas on sequencing ideas for a one hour daily class. What are some time management skills that worked for you? What did you do that was most effective in your classroom? What do you feel was the most efficient use of your class time? I really want to make every second count using only best practices and proven methods. All ideas are welcome! :)
