Elementary Training for Newbie

I am a mother of four young children (ages: 1,2,4 and almost 6). Our two year old, three year old and five year old attend a beautiful Montessori school that is close to our home. We absolutely love it. (I read a few of Maria Montessori's books and assorted homeschool guides. I tried a Montessori homeschool for them a few years ago, but lacked the training to really carry it through.) We are lucky and have been able to fund their education with federal and local scholarships. Six months ago I returned to work. I am an instructional designer at a college and before that I was a traditional classroom teacher for high school and middle school. I have also worked in education and value it highly.

I have been seriously considering getting trained in Montessori Elementary. I want more meaningful work, and work that will coalesce with my home life.
