T.E.C. - Iowa ETS is right to say, "If they have green cars and/or VISAs, then they aren't undocumented."

However, the people who hire the "undocumented" want them to remain "undocumented." That way they have no access to the courts if the employer decides to not pay them. And don't get me started on working conditions. ...See More
