Seems to me that President Obama should have followed the rules instead of using his pen and phone to rule. According to the Washington Post, "All countries seem to understand that ratification requires using the domestic procedure for ratifying treaties." Not so, President Obama. Why did the President not put it to a vote in Congress, the way treaties are supposed to be handled? Had he done this, it would have been the law of the land. And, the Paris Agreement has a four year waiting period for withdrawing ... more than enough time to last the Trump Presidency if you believe Mad Maxine Waters (Who's number one goal is to impeach the president ... worse than McConnell saying he wanted his party to take back the Presidency after one term).
President Trump cannot withdraw the US from the Paris accord ... the US was never part of it to begin with.
But, if people on the left are to be believed, run up those Credit Cards 'cause this is the end of the world as we know it.
