I have been writing about this for years on this board - that is, there is no capitalism without government. Yet, capitalism hates government. Here is economist Mark Blyth from Brown University explaining what conservatives cannot figure out no matter how hard they try. Here is a 3 minute explanation.

Bob R/CA Your argument makes as much sense as saying waterfalls hate gravity. Someone caught in the waterfall may not like it, but the waterfall doesn't have an opinion. It doesn't have emotions. And if it did, it wouldn't exist without gravity, so why would it hate it?
