"Putin & I discussed forming an impenetrable Cyber Security unit so that election hacking, & many other negative things, will be guarded...and safe."
Then as soon as his own party's leaders, as well as numerous other world leaders, pointed out how idiotic it would be to put the people who hacked our election in charge of our cyber security he changed his tune.
"The fact that President Putin and I discussed a Cyber Security unit doesn't mean I think it can happen."
Aside from the fact that this guy doesn't seem capable of stringing together a coherent sentence, does he ever THINK before he tweets?!
