Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

I teach pre-K and several of the boys have had trouble listening and following directions lately. For example, my most challenging boy was doing great playing with another boy and girl for the first hour of today. As soon as his best friend(and partner in crime) arrived, a switch was flicked and the rest of the day resulted in many poor choices. They will be with me until they begin Kindergarten in the fall. How can I help them exhibit self- control most of the time? (I know no one is perfect all the time.) Also, any other tips for the summer would be appreciated also.
