I found a nice monthly behavior calendar idea that I am going to use this coming year for daily communication with the parents. The bottom of the calendars has numbers with statements, such as I had an excellent day, I can be a good listener, I can be a good friend, I can follow directions, etc. So, depending on the day each child had I will put a number in the days box. I am looking for help on coming up with a parent note. I wondering how to word it so that they understand if their child's box was marked with I can be a good listener that they had a difficult day listening and will work on being a better one tomorrow...Any suggestions...I'm trying to do something simple and to the point, but having a hard time not being too wordy...
