300+ were pink-slipped. Not sure how many will be called back, and we probably won't know until summer.

I don't know how many in LA County. My school is losing 5 teachers. Don't know about our district wide layoff. It's bad though. Losing some good teachers. Wish we could get rid of some dead weight teachers and keep the good ones!
