I teach in a Catholic school. Currently our lunch program is run by the public school system in our city. Next year they want to send already packaged meals to us, have us didtribute them and collect and count the money. As I understand it there is little room for extras, or spillage.

I was wondering if anyone out there had another solution to our problem. Time spent doing this would come off our own 25 minute lunch. Aside from going to completely cold lunches we thought about advertising for an outside vender to come in and do lunches for us. Has anyone heard of this? Please respond with any ideas. Thanks
