I have a student repeating kindergarten because it's what the parents want and it's totally unnecessary. He is by far going to be my biggest challenge for the year. When his mother conferenced with me her only question was "how does he compare to everyone else". She's doing it to give him a heads up in the future, meanwhile I'm going to basically be trying to teach a first grader. How can I make this year interesting for him without killing myself trying to "differentiate". Suggestions?
Director Casey Is a transitional or Advanced kinder. curriculum available?

If he is a strong reader, give him a list or give him books to read independently. He could make book reports or short presentations to the clas...See More
