I am 27, recently graduated with my MA. I also have a certificate in ESL. I have no teaching experience, except for a summer internship I held one summer ago as a middle school teacher. I have volunteered frequently with teen youth and in education programs, such as tutoring (including ESL), museum education, and working at a youth center.
My question is competitive an applicant would I appear given my background? Could anyone offer any advice as to how I should approach a private secondary school?
