I have been researching the internet with no prevail. I am a Kindergarten teacher trying to find research on who would have been the First Lady (at that time) who had High Tea or simply met with the Queen of England (who was reining at the same time???). I am trying to find this information in order to write a grant for my Kindergartners to have a HIGH TEA and to correlate it with American and European History. I am not well-versed in History and thought that I might ask some historians on this site. Please help a Kindergarten teacher…and with some trivia at the same time that has left be quite stumped! Thank you for ANY help that you may have to offer…
