Hi. I am a new LA Teacher teaching seventh graders reading and writing. I sometimes find it hard what to assign for homework after reading the short stories and doing grammar with them. Any suggestions?

psasarak I teach reading intervention ingrades 3-5. The homework I give my students is vocabulary. I give them a packet which we date each page. The first night is an assignment at the knowledge level - What do the words mean? The second night is at the application level.
