One of our biggest challenges as teachers is motivating our students to take academics seriously. Sure, we can capture their attention and have them buy-in on our mini-lessons, but when it comes to the bigger picture, their ownership of their overall success, we sometimes struggle. "Your House of Education,' a nine minute cartoon with unique animation and original music, is stepping to the plate and helping students consider in riveting fashion that simple yet profound question, "Where will you live?" LM Has anyone taken the Praxis and found a study guide they can recommend? Saw mention of many guides that are either outdated or do not contain reliable informaion on another chatboard, so I am still trying to see if there is a reliable one.
