2 2/3 C sugar 2/3 C crisco solid shortening 16 oz. can pumpkin 2/3 C water 4 eggs 3 1/3 C flour 2t baking soda 1 1/2 t salt 1 t cinnamon 1t cloves 1/2 t baking powder 2/3 C chopped nuts (I use pecan) 2/3 C raisins
This makes 2 9x5 loaves or 3 8x4 loaves. If you are using mini pans, it will make a LOT.
Grease loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
